Lens Plans & Pricing Update
We’ve just rolled out an important update to Lens pricing and plans. As Lens has grown to serve over a million users, we’ve seen firsthand how diverse the use cases have become—from solo developers experimenting with Kubernetes to large organizations managing production clusters across regions.
That’s why we’ve redesigned our plans to better align with the real-world needs of our users.
What’s Changing?
Previously, we offered three plans serving features across user types, which sometimes led to confusion—especially for individuals who didn’t need team management capabilities, or small teams unsure if Pro or Enterprise was right for them.
Starting today, we’re introducing a more intentional structure: plans are now divided into two clear tracks—Individuals and Organizations. Each track is optimized for the scale, context, and features relevant to those users.
Plans for Individuals
Built for developers, hobbyists, students, and professionals who use Lens on their own. Whether you’re tinkering with Kubernetes at home or managing clusters for work as an individual contributor, these plans keep things simple, powerful, and personal.

- Security compliance assistance – streamline audits and infosec processes
Ideal for: enterprises with compliance requirements, regulatory or operational constraints, including finance, healthcare, and government sectors.
Already a Paying User?
No action is required. If you're currently on a Pro or Enterprise plan, your plan and features remain unchanged.
Why We Made This Change
Lens has grown far beyond its origins. It’s now the daily Kubernetes companion for developers and operators across the world. Along the way, we’ve learned that not everyone needs the same things—and that simplicity matters just as much as power.
This update reflects that:
- Individuals get the features they need without paying for tools they’ll never use
- Teams can collaborate and operate clusters securely and efficiently
- Enterprises get the security, compliance, and manageability required at scale
